After 50 Years as the Chief of the Hope Valley Wyoming Fire District Chief Frederick A. Stanley is retiring. Chief Stanley has built this district into what it is today with the purchase of Hope Valley's first ladder truck in 1993 to the formation of Rhode Islands only volunteer Hazardous materials team to making sure the District achieved and maintained a class 4 ISO rating saving tax payers. All the Officers and Firefighters would like to thank Chief Stanley for his many years of dedications to the District.
