A workmans cutting torch is being blamed for the blaze at certified welding at 1120 Main street ,workers were cutting apart an old cooling unit when the material being cut ignited, fortunatly they were outside and did no damage to the building , the material being cut was titanium . The fire was brought under controll in 10 minutes .
