The Hope Valley Wyoming Fire District was requested to respond and assist the Hope Valley Ambulance Squad at Meadow Brooke Dam on Church St. Engine 912 with a crew of 2 and Special Hazards 900 with a crew of 3 responded. EMS on scene stated they had a victim that had fallen 20 feet into a runoff drain and was unable to ambulate. Crews from the engine and Hazards assisted in packaging the patient in a stokes basket in carrying the patient up a 30 foot steep over grown embankment.
