First arriving firefighters encountered a smoke condition inside the residence and were able to rapidly remove the burning item from the stove top to the outdoors where it was put out. No damage occurred other than the removed burning item. Firefighters evacuated the smoke and carbon monoxide and were able to clear the scene in approximately 15 minutes.
