It is with deep regret that the Hope Valley – Wyoming Fire District announces the passing of Board Chairman Pasquale DeBernardo. Pat faithfully served the District from its inception in 1982 as a dedicated board member, serving the last six years as its chairman. During his 40 years of service, Pat also served many years as vice-chairman supporting many initiatives making the District as robust as it is today. A veteran, Pat proudly served in the United States Army as a Sergeant and was an avid New York Yankees fan. Pat also served his community as a member of the Richmond Town Council. He will be dearly missed by his wife Claudia and the entire family. Further announcements about funeral arrangements will be forthcoming.
