Hope Valley Fire Department and Hope Valley Ambulance were alerted to a motor vehicle accident with a car on its roof by a Westerly Ambulance (in the area) on Nooseneck Hill Road by the Route 95 overpass. 2 patients required medical transport. The scene has been cleared and traffic back to its normal pattern.
