The Westerly Armory held its first-ever Salute to Local Fire Volunteers on October 20, 2018. They hosted 11 area fire departments including our members of the HVWFD.

During the event the Westerly Armory presented the attending departments with a plaque saluting the firefighters for their valorous efforts in protecting their communities.
