Just before 2 PM Tuesday afternoon the Hope Valley Haz-Mat team was dispatched to a leaking 500 gallon propane tank in Dunns Corners. Members used a newly acquired propane flare off kit to mitigate the leak safely. The team remained on scene till 7:30 burning off the remaining propane, and eventually securing the leaking valve.
