| We are pleased to announce that Lieutenants Pat Hawkins and Mike Deniger were sworn in as the District's newest Captains. District Clerk Julie Kelley administered the oath of office at the October Board of Director's meeting. Both candidates passed a written and oral examination before being appointed to their new positions. Captains Hawkins joined the department in July of 2008 and has also previously served as an officer on the Union Fire District. Captain Deniger joined the Hope Valley-Wyoming Fire District in August of 2006, having previous experience as an officer in the Bradford Fire Department. Congratulations on your new roles! |
