At 4:45 Sunday afternoon the Hope Valley-Wyoming Fire District was dispatched to Interstate 95 northbound in the area of exit 4 for a report of a single car rollover. Lieutenant Bill Day arrived on scene first and confirmed the rollover and stated all passengers were out of the vehicle. Engine 912 and Special Hazards 900 responded, Engine 912 was returned by Deputy Chief Brian Champlin. Special Hazards 900 provided blocking for the scene.
