In June Firefighter Carlos Cotto started raising money for Breast Cancer Awareness and, as an incentive for donations he said he would dye his hair pink for the month of October if his goal of $1,500 was met. Well it is now October and Firefighter Cotto now has a new look. Firefighter Cotto was able to raise $5,000, and plans to do this again next year!
