At 3:50 Tuesday afternoon Ladder 911 and Tanker 916 were dispatched to 40 Industrial Dr in Exeter for a reported fire in a commercial building. First arriving units were met with a moderate smoke condition at the door and called a working fire. Ladder 911 arrived on scene shortly after and was assigned fire attack along with a crew from West Greenwich. Crews on fire suppression reported the fire room was well involved and propane tanks were causing an issue and requested a third line be stretched. After the third hose line was in operation, crews on the interior reported back with good progress. Once the fire was put under control firefighters from Ladder 911 preformed overhaul and extinguished hot spots. Engine 912 was also dispatched to establish a water supply for the fire.
