At 8:00 PM Wednesday the Hope Valley-Wyoming Fire District was dispatched to Interstate 95 south between exits 3 and 2 for an MVA with a motorcycle involved. Deputy Chief David Caswell was first to arrive on scene and determined a second rescue was needed as well as Lifestar. Both sides of Interstate 95 were shut down in order for crews to have a safe working environment and to allow the Lifestar Helicopter to land. Both patients were transported to Rhode Island Hospital. |
