* Timing... late this morning through early this evening.

* Relative humidity... as low as 13 percent.

* Temperatures... in the mid 30s.

* Lightning... no lightning is expected.

* Impacts... local fire weather officials have advised that any
fires that develop will have the potential to spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
