Hope Valley Firefighters were dispatched to Dunkin Donuts on Kingstown Road in Richmond for a report of a vehicle fire. Firefighters arrived to find a vehicle heavily involved in close proximity to the building. The fire was rapidly put out. Radiant heat from the car fire caused some damage to the building. (Melted vinyl primarily) A fast response combined with well trained firefighters was able to limit the spread of fire from getting into the building. No injuries occurred and fire units have cleared the scene. (Some photos were borrowed from various social media posts)
