Hope Valley and Ashaway fire departments were requested by Hopkinton Police Department to Alton pond on Church Street this morning for a reported dog through the ice. HV Marine 1 was launched to assist in the search. Please use extreme caution as the ice is NOT safe in many locations.
After a lengthy search of the open channel and below the ice where entry was made, no dog was able to be located.

Units: Special Hazards 900 Utility 920 with Marine 1

Mutual Aid: Ashaway FD (Squad 400) Ashaway Ambulance
