Tonight, the hazmat team was requested by Carolina Fire Department and Richmond Police to the scene on Richmond Townhouse Road to assist in identifying unknown materials. Units are released from the scene and the incident is under investigation by Richmond Police. Great work by our volunteers. (As this is an active investigation we will not comment or speculate.
